Part 1 - What do we do with your information?
When you purchase items from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect personal information that you provide to us, such as your name, address and e-mail address.
We also automatically receive the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer when you browse our store in order to provide us with information that helps us understand your browser and operating system.
Email Marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
Section 2 - Consent
How do you obtain my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for delivery, or return a product, we imply that you consent to our collection and use of that information only for that specific reason.
If we ask you to provide personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will either ask for your explicit consent directly or provide you with the opportunity to refuse.

Section 3 - Disclosures
We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.
Section 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify's data stores, databases, and common Shopify applications. They store your data on secure servers behind firewalls.
Payments:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is only stored for as long as it takes to complete the purchase transaction. Upon completion, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, which is managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
-DSS requirements help ensure that credit card information is handled securely by our stores and their service providers.

Section 5 - Third Party Services
Generally, the third party providers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to provide us with the services they offer.
However, certain third party service providers (such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors) have their own privacy policies regarding the information we must provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies in order to understand how these providers handle your personal information.
In particular, it is important to remember that some providers may be located in different jurisdictions than you or we are, or have facilities located in different jurisdictions. As a result, if you choose to proceed with a transaction involving the services of a third party service provider, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
For example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, the Personal Information you use to complete that transaction may be subject to disclosure under U.S. law, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our Store's website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you will no longer be subject to this Privacy Policy or our website's Terms of Service.

Section 6 - Security
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that your personal information is not improperly lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored using AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement other generally accepted industry standards.
Section 7 - COOKIES
Below is a list of the cookies we use. We list them here so you can choose whether or not to opt out of cookies.
_session_id, a unique token, session that allows Shopify to store information about your session (referral source, login page, etc.). _
shopify_visit, does not save data, is retained for 30 minutes from the last visit, and is used by our website provider's internal statistics tracker to record visits
_ shopify_uniq, saves no data, expires at midnight the next day (relative to the visitor) and counts the number of times a single customer has visited the store.
cart, unique token, persists for 2 weeks, stores information about the cart contents.

Section 8 - Age of Consent
By using the Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority as defined by your state or province, or that you have reached the age of majority as defined by your state or province and have obtained our consent to allow any of your minor family members to use the Site.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time, so please check back often. Changes and clarifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you of the update here so that you are aware of the information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owner so that we can continue to sell products to you.
