Cancellations
We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
Once the painting is completed, we will send you photos of the painting for preview. If you are not satisfied with something, we will improve the painting until it meets your expectations. We will only ship the painting after we receive your approval. When you receive the painting, if you are not satisfied with the painting, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a refund, less 10% to cover our free worldwide shipping costs as well as handling and restocking fees. The customer shall pay the cost of shipping the painting back to us. Upon receipt of the returned painting, we will refund you via paypal.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to officially arrive. Next contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time to arrive. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at kevin@master-gallery.com.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping cost, depending on the courier company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reason, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping cost for this reason.
Consumers are not required to pay a restocking fee for returning products
